What is the difference between Signature and Precision?

Precision includes everything in Signature plus priority scheduling, up to four house calls per year, an annual executive physical, longevity biomarker analysis, in-depth cardiac risk stratification, quarterly breath analysis, monthly body composition tracking, and a personalized longevity blueprint created for you by Dr. Shukhman.

What is included in the Cardiac Risk Assessment Labs and Imaging?

In the Precision plan, members receive coordination for annual EKGs, echocardiograms, and carotid ultrasounds, as well as CT coronary calcium scans or CT angiograms every two years as appropriate for cardiovascular risk stratification. Dr. Shukhman reviews all results directly with you and incorporates findings into your care plan.

Can I schedule an appointment for a service and not be a member of White Olive?

Yes! We want to provide great care an service to both members and non-members. All A La Carte Services have member and non-member pricing. White Olive strives to provide great value for everyone but being a member offers additional discounts and benefits.

Question 5

Can I keep my existing insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most members keep a high-deductible or PPO plan for specialists and hospitalizations and use their White Olive membership for primary care and preventive medicine. HSA funds are accepted.

Is membership available near Calabasas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. White Olive serves patients from Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, and Malibu from our Woodland Hills office at 22554 Ventura Blvd, Suite 129.

Question 7

What if I have Medicare?

Accepted Answer

White Olive memberships include services not covered by Medicare, such as metabolic optimization, hormone therapy, advanced diagnostic testing, and longevity evaluations. Medicare will continue to be billed for all Medicare-covered services. Membership is optional and does not replace Medicare benefits.

What if I need to go to the hospital or see a specialist?

Dr. Shukhman coordinates specialist referrals directly and stays involved if a hospitalization is needed. He communicates with the hospitalist at your preferred local hospital to make sure your care stays continuous and nothing falls through the cracks.

Question 9

How do labs and imaging fit into my membership?

Accepted Answer

Lab work and imaging are ordered and reviewed as part of your ongoing care but is not included in the membership fee. Labs are billed separately at negotiated cash-pay rates or through your insurance. Dr. Shukhman will walk you through the most cost-effective approach at your first visit.

Membership is priced annually and discussed during your free 15-minute intro call. We do not publish pricing on the website because the right fit depends on your health goals and which tier makes sense for you. There is no obligation after the call.

What Happens After I book Intro Call?

Accepted Answer

You will have a 15-minute conversation with Dr. Shukhman or a member of the White Olive team. We learn about your health goals and you learn how the practice works. If it feels like the right fit, we walk you through the membership options and next steps. There is no pressure and no commitment required.

Question 12

Can I see Dr. Shukhman without a membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Non-members can book a Physician Consultation with Dr. Shukhman for $500 — a 60-minute one-on-one visit covering your health goals, metabolic evaluation, or any clinical concern you want to explore in depth. The consultation fee applies in full toward membership if you join the same day. À la carte services including PNOĒ metabolic testing and Seca body composition are also available without a membership.
